Northern Colorado Firefighter Recruitment Consortium

The Northern Colorado Firefighter Recruitment Consortium is a newly founded network of fire departments within the Northern Colorado area. The network is comprised of departments that serve the northern area to recruit highly qualified, skilled, and diverse individuals who seek firefighter opportunities with both career and volunteer/reserve departments.

Using National Testing Network/Fire Team for standardize testing, this allows applicants one location to view which Northern Colorado departments are hiring while giving the departments the ability to work together in a hiring process.
